Schedule

School Year - Our school year program runs from September through the end of June.

We offer the following classes:

• Petite Section (pre-school) – 33 months/4

• Moyenne Section (pre-kindergarten) – 4/5

• Grande Section (kindergarten) – 5/6

• CP (1st grade) – 6/7

• CE1 (2nd grade) – 7/8

• CE2 (3rd grade) – 8/9

• CM1 (4th grade) – 9-10

• CM2 (5th grade) – 10-11

Classes are entirely taught in French by native speakers. However, interaction between parents and faculty and administration can be in English or French. We welcome students of all language and cultural backgrounds. French-language skills are recommended for new students in 1st grade and higher.

Our day starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m., four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday ). 1st to 5th graders have a full day of class on Wednesdays. Kindergarteners have an optional wednesday class in english.

Half-days are offered to pre-schoolers only (33 months/4).

Before and after school childcare is available upon request (7:300 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.).

Mini Arts is available on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.for pre-school and pre-K.

Homework support can as well be provided by FAM staff.

 

An eco-friendly, French-based, well balanced and nutritious lunch program is available, keeping with the French tradition of sharing the same meal.
